Villains I’d Join to Conquer the World

My favorite book villains & villainess + my fair reasons for this 😉

I guess it is common knowledge that the part we, book lovers, enjoy the most from a Fantasy novel is the antagonist of the story. Those morally grey characters that usually have a fierceful and powerful idea to save the world and/or their people from danger but the execution of it usually involves death of millions or the destruction of the world as we know it so… yeah 😀 Not the means to get there my friends!

How Did I Read 100 Books in 2020

I do believe something very magical can happen when you read a book

If you’ve read the short paragraphs that I’ve written for my “Welcome” page in the blog, then you may recognise this one: I have been known for reading a lot of books in my spare time. I’m the kind of person you will see reading everywhere: at the breakfast table, through the morning, in between classes, before going to sleep, even when I go to the bathroom. I literally read anywhere and everywhere.

Top 5 Jan & Feb Reads

YA Fiction, Paranormal Fiction, Fantasy Fiction, & a Romance Novel

Helloooo my dear book lovers, it’s been a while since I’ve posted and I apologize for it. Second year of college + online classes = not the best combination. I’ve been really busy with assignments, exams and group projects, so I haven’t had time to sit down and write much. But I finished exams yesterday 🙂 so I thought today was the perfect chance to write this short wrap up!

Fantasy & Fiction, YA Fiction, Historical Fiction, Science Fiction

I know, I know: “Andrea, but we’re in February.” And I know that, but I’ve been so busy since we began college in January, that I didn’t have time to sit down and write this December wrap-up 🙁 But the biggest thank youu to all of you for being patient with me! I still wanted to share this wrap up specifically so bare with me.

I’ve missed writing and reviewing so much but second year of college + online classes don’t go well together hahaha 😉

Top 5 Oct & Nov 2020

Mystery, Fantasy Fiction, YA Fiction, Fairytale Retellings

It is December 1st , book lovers. I’m amazed at how fast this year went by (and I’ve probably said this every month) but it is true! I feel like yesterday was March 13 and lockdown was starting here in Honduras, but no. We’ve been on quarantine for 8 months so far! To be honest some months have felt longer and dreadful than others, but it’s finally December and 2020 is coming to an end.

Books I think Everyone Should Read…

Precious Lessons, Dazzling Writing Styles and a Devastating Love Story

What makes certain books become our favorites? Some may say that they were immersed in a certain character and that character’s book became part of their life. Others can say that a book changed the way they felt about themselves or the world, the way they view life. Or they may choose a book as favorite because they read that book at a certain period of their lives and it is now attached to that memory.

We all have different opinions when it comes to choosing a new book to read. Some people notice the gorgeous cover first and give it a shot. Others prefer reading the summary on the back cover of a book and deciding if it sounds interesting enough.
